These passers can hit Otto and deal damage to him, potentially ending his bid to destroy the car early. It’s one of Dodgeball Academia’s toughest challenges. With one minute on the clock, here’s how to destroy the car with plenty of time left to spare.
“Cheating”
Menu > Options > Accessibility Settings > Difficulty Settings Set Damage Taken to 0% Set Damage Dealt to 400%
Of all the challenges, this one is probably the least worthy of tuning down the difficulty, but it would be foolish not to mention it, especially for players who are achievement hunting and want to get this done in as expeditious a manner as possible.

Many players use this same technique to beat Boris the first time around. That’s a far more understandable time to use this method, but, again, if players are looking to make it easy, it doesn’t get much easier than dealing quad damage and taking no damage in return.
Best Equipment
Near-Sighted Sunglasses Spiked Gloves Big-Sized Gloves Golden Wristwatch Winged Wristband
Although these items are generally not considered the best equipment in the game, there is a reason to use these strength-boosting pieces. Given that players are forbidden from moving (they can jump) during the challenge and won’t have their Balltimate meter going, this restricts the number of items that make sense.

In the end, it’s best to stack strength gear since that’s the best way to boost damage with regular attacks. This should make it so the car won’t stand a chance after a few hits, especially when both equipment slots are filled with strength-botting gear.
Prioritize Dodging Over Throwing
The timer on this challenge is incredibly friendly. The dodging and defense challenges are really tough to beat the minute timer for the S Medal but the strength challenge can be done without much gear and without the maximum stats in less than thirty seconds without much worry.
Because of the friendly clock, feel free to jump over balls that aren’t timed nicely for a catch. The miss will actually hit the car. It’s not as much damage as Otto can do, but it’s better than getting hit and knocked out of the challenge before being able to finish.
Dodgeball Academia was released on August 5, 2021, and is available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
